Administrative Assistant

Answering calls and handling all customer queries
- Provide the top management with the necessary reports on the Food Safety management system established within the company along with recommendations for improvement
- Establish audit requirements to ensure compliance in Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Environmental regulations
- Ensuring that the employees are trained on the basic HACCP awareness training and other requirements as per Dubai Municipality
- Compose letters on behalf of the Management
- Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
- Supporting the sales team.
- Ensuring that staff uniforms and personal appearance are always clean and professional.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
- Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
- Handle all incoming calls and customer inquiries in the absence of the sales team and do the needful
- Direct and supervise all staffs to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
- Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies
- Arranging deliveries and co-ordinating logistics of deliveries and shipment
- Coordinating and making local purchase of necessary goods for company.
- Coordinate with the Human Resource Department for staff leave intimation, leave forms, passport releases and other HR-related issues.
- Responsible for dispatch and distribution of all documents from Simply Gourmet Office to the Head Office.
- Ensure that accurate records are maintained and filed in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
- Responsible for communicating special information/requests to co-workers.
- Main point of contact between Simply Gourmet and Skelmore HR for all employee related matters.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
- Degree in Business/Commerce.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Office and Administration Assistant.
- Fluent in both oral & written English. Additional language skill set is a plus.
- High level of accuracy.
- Professional and articulate in supporting senior management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Loyal and dedicated.
**Salary**: AED10.00 - AED25.00 per hour
**Experience**:
