**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including Billing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, and Revenue Recognition.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and publish monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct technical accounting research and ensure adherence to financial standards.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain quality control over financial records, transactions, and reporting.
- Develop and document robust internal controls and accounting policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely transactions.
- Monitor daily accounting department performance and promote a streamlined workflow.
- Prepare financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors for compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field** (required).
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role within a dental clinic, hospital, or similar medical environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
