We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant specializing in ticket booking and customer interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket reservations, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in making ticket reservations and guide them through the booking process.
- Process ticket payments and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure reservations and make necessary arrangements for customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a customer database with accurate contact information and booking details.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth ticketing operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.
- Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with travel industry booking systems and procedures is desirable but not mandatory.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 per month
