Le rôle d'expert en Expérience client signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever, s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps) et mettre la main à la pâte dans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance). Il est essentiel que les experts en Expérience client exécutent toutes ces tâches à la perfection (et toute autre tâche raisonnable qui leur est assignée) - ainsi, nos clients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera de prospérer.
