**Job Summary**

As a Case Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all the medical care required by our end users. You will act as the main point of contact between the patient and doctor, labs and pharmacist and ensure they’re well informed about their case.

**This is a pilot project for 3 months and is extendable based on performance.**

**Duties**
- Leads, maintains and coordinates a patient case with different parties
- Communicate case outcomes, updates or changes with multiple parties
- Keeping case note records and knowledge of participants, maintain an awareness of participants’ needs and connect them to appropriate services
- Follow up with both internal and external parties to ensure patients receive exceptional service
- Maintains confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Prepares and completes required reports within the required period.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills ( Arabic & English ).
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
- Healthcare knowledge and background is a plus
- Bilingual Arabic/English
- Strong operational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work under mínimal direction

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
