Internal Process
- Experience with pricing tools and quotation portals.
- Ensure all commercial enquiries are supported with full and complete underwriting information, detailed technical analysis, commercial considerations and recommendations on rates and terms.
- Supervise the Underwriters and team members in their daily duties and as delegated to undertake necessary tasks.
- Coordinating and procuring all data required to furnish to the Insurance companies along with the Medical Insurance needs & requirements as per the client (Groups/Small groups/Individuals).
- Involving in the entire procedure of placing the policy with the decided Insurance Company as per their terms and conditions.
- Providing entire policy servicing in performing the endorsements in the policy if any required.
- Supervising Customer support and service in claims procedures like claim reporting, approvals and claim settlement as per the policy terms and conditions.
- Preparing renewals for existing clients with renewal and alternate competitive terms from various Insurance Companies providing wide range of options for the clients.
- Business Requirement Documentation - Regular Operational Risk assessment and timely reporting to Management
- Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership
- Strong command with tools of the trade (e.g. Excel, PPT, Google Drive..

Customer
- Client Interaction & Policy Management Servicing of all Major clientele
- Customer delight obsession
- The MAIN Point of Contact for any policy servicing issues and solutions.
- Arranging meeting with the clients for presentation on the policy and product once the business is placed or as and when requested by the clients.
- Obtaining medical insurance quotes from various Leading Insurance Companies as per the client’s requirements and preparing consolidated quote comparison along with recommendations.
- Expert and efficient Advisory support for decision making by the client

Learning & Development
- Thorough understanding of all available plans offered by insurance companies in the UAE.
- Conducting brief presentation for any new products introduced in the market for the team members and management.
- Providing on the job training for new joiner in the organization on documentation and related areas
- Preparation of presentation with Benefit Features Comparison of various products proposed by the different Insurance Companies.
- Market updates and new regulations updated regularly to the team.

Required:

- 10+ Years of related previous experience in a similar setting, preferably with an Insurance Brokers.
- Bachelor’s degree. Master would be a plus
- Insurance qualifications.
- Track record of operational results
- Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way
- Quick learning & execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Insurance Broker, Operations in Insurance company: 10 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
