Tita Yara is a premier Middle Eastern & Mediterranean fusion restaurant located in Sharjah, recognized for blending traditional culinary art with modern innovation. We are currently seeking an experienced Hot & Cold Mezze Chef with expertise in Lebanese, fusion, and European Mediterranean mezze.

As our Hot & Cold Mezze Chef, you will be at the forefront of our culinary team, specializing in the preparation of both hot and cold mezze. This role requires a deep understanding of the traditional flavors and modern culinary techniques necessary to create authentic and innovative mezze dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the preparation and presentation of both hot and cold mezze, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
- Craft a variety of mezze dishes that reflect traditional Lebanese, fusion, and European Mediterranean cuisines.
- Innovate and experiment with new ingredients and techniques to enhance the mezze menu.
- Manage inventory and ordering of fresh ingredients specific to the mezze section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to develop menu items and special dishes.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on mezze preparation techniques and recipes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mezze Chef, with a strong background in Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ingredients and techniques used in traditional and fusion mezze.
- Creative culinary skills with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and concepts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing a team.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
