Technical Documentation Coordinator

Prepare professional technical documents for the lubricant industry, including existing and new products.
- Updating and improving existing technical documents.
- Create content for lubricant brochures and flyers and keep them updated.
- Support other team members in preparing technical documents and presentations for non-lubricant industries.
- Improve website content.
- Create educational presentations for the sales and marketing team (internal use) to educate them on how to present existing and new products in the market.
- Create attractive technical presentations for customers (customer use) that can be used by the sales team to professionally introduce our products to their clients.
- Keeping the nomenclature of products updated and consistent by controlling and proper documentation.
- Ensuring Consistency of Test Parameters for Lubricant Industry Materials in ERP Item Master. The process involves submitting the test parameters of both new and existing lubricant industry materials in the ERP item master. Verifying that these parameters align consistently with the corresponding Technical Data Sheets (TDS) is essential.
- Providing the equivalent products list for the sales team's requested raw materials/finished product.
- Check the technical documents of the products (available in our portfolio) but from the new supplier to find new suppliers for the procurement team.
- Perform technical quality control on specific supplying materials before shipment.
- Suggest equivalent products to competitor products from the LUBIMAX portfolio.
- Coordinate educational sessions for sales meetings.
**Required Qualifications, Skills, or Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear, concise, and professional technical documents and presentations. Ability to convey complex technical information in a comprehensible manner for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines. Experience coordinating educational sessions or presentations would be beneficial.
- A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in technical documents, nomenclature, and product specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, supporting colleagues in preparing technical documents and presentations.
