**Job Summary**:
As a Call Center Representative for our gym, you will be the first point of contact for our current and potential members. You will handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our members and supporting the growth and retention of our gym community.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to all callers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with membership-related matters.
- **Membership Sales**: Promote gym memberships, packages, and services to prospective members, effectively highlighting the benefits and features of our facilities and programs.
- **Member Retention**: Implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty, including proactive outreach to existing members for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments for facility tours, consultations, and classes, ensuring a seamless booking process for members and prospects.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record and update member information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system, maintaining organized records for follow-up and analysis.
- **Payment Processing**: Assist members with billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve any issues related to membership dues or transactions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle escalated issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved.
- **Promotional Campaigns**: Support marketing initiatives by actively promoting seasonal offers, events, and referral programs to both current and potential members.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Stay informed about gym services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to callers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging and support cross-functional initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment with frequent use of a computer and telephone.
- Occasional participation in off-site events or promotional activities may be required.
- Adherence to a set schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
