**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Portfolio Management**: Handle a property portfolio for upscale clients.
- **Deal Closure**: Negotiate and manage expectations to close deals.
- **Creative Marketing**: Use creative marketing to attract and keep clients.
- **Community Connection**: Connect with the community for lead generation.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide excellent service to build trust and get referrals.
- **Market Adaptability**: Continuously learn and adapt to market trends.
- **Abu Dhabi Real Estate Expertise**: Abu Dhabi Real Estate knowledge is required to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase products and services to prospective clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales Goals Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- License in Abu Dhabi Municipality or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
- Abu Dhabi Real Estate knowledge is required.
- Skill in conducting persuasive and compelling sales presentations.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
