Position: Business Development Manager Industry: Business Setup Services

Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the business setup industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and strategically positioning our services in the market. You will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving sales targets, as well as contributing to the overall success and development of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the company's client base and drive sales. Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to achieve revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on business setup solutions.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences. Utilize this knowledge to develop competitive sales strategies.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase our services and value proposition to potential clients.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively seek out and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and cold-calling. Convert leads into clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients, while ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and wins. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Industry Events and Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services, build relationships, and identify potential partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales targets, preferably in the business setup or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the business setup services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business opportunities and challenges.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individual.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to business setup services.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
