Our client is a business aggregator platform helping entrepreneurs establish & operate their businesses.

We seek an individual with strong motivation, self-sufficiency, experience in Tech, and a keen eye
for detail to become a valued member of the team as a** Business Development Officer.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the tech team to oversee development, craft user-centric UI/UX, and conduct testing.
- Research, and analyze data for business growth recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Lead CRM management and database growth.
- Develop & implement multi-channel social media strategies.
- Devise lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Ensure legal compliance and develop operational processes.
- Support financial management and bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage internal and external communication.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate projects.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with clients and partners.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience in technology-focused roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong initiative, proactive attitude, and deadline-oriented.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Canva, CRMs, and social media platforms.
