**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP and IT Administrator to take the lead in overseeing and managing our SAP system and other IT operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of both our core business system and broader IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on SAP security, controls, and access management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **SAP System Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the SAP system, including configurations, upgrades, and customizations with a focus on SAP Business One.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and identify potential improvements to the SAP system, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system performance, data integrity, and SAP security controls.
- Manage and enforce user access controls within the SAP system, including regular user reviews and access role updates in accordance with the principle of least privilege.
- Lead the resolution of any technical issues related to the SAP system and collaborate with vendors for support when necessary.
- Stay informed of the latest SAP trends, technologies, and security vulnerabilities, evaluating potential upgrades, enhancements, and necessary mitigation strategies.
- **IT Management**:

- Develop and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure roadmap with an emphasis on security.
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external IT vendors, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Lead projects related to IT software and hardware upgrades, implementations, and maintenance, prioritizing solutions that enhance system security and user access control.
- Oversee the implementation and enforcement of comprehensive IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and relevant regulations.
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively, ensuring proper allocation for security measures and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for end-users, prioritizing issues that could potentially compromise system security.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP system management and administration, with extensive experience in SAP Business One.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure with a strong understanding of security best practices and access control methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and deadline constraints.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Security concepts, including user authorization, authorization objects, profiles, and security roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Project management experience with established methodologies and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
