Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions, expenses, and invoices, ensuring adherence to basic accounting principles.
- Support the team in conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Help develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and systems to enhance productivity.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and workshops, including logístical arrangements and attendee coordination.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in basic accounting principles and practices.
- Strong time management and pressure management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Related experience in business coordination or a similar role.
