**Job Title: Travel Sales Representative/Consultant**

Location : Dubai Silicon Oasis - Immediate Joiners will be preferred

**Job Overview**:
The Travel Sales Representative/Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, services, and products to clients. This role involves understanding clients' travel needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless booking process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Stay informed about various travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to offer comprehensive and tailored travel solutions.
- Effectively present and promote travel packages to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
- Handle the complete booking process, including reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences, ensuring a memorable and satisfying travel experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations to enhance sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, including invoices, travel vouchers, and other relevant paperwork.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and booking platforms.
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Education**:
A high school diploma is typically required, and additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
