The Tutoring Center Dubai is a KHDA-certified educational provider specializing in Math, English, Reading, Phonics, and Study Skills. The centers are located in Dubai and have been delivering tailored learning solutions since 2011. The Tutoring Center Dubai provides a personalized approach to ensure every student's unique needs are met for optimal growth and success.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager at The Tutoring Center Dubai. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, managing a team of instructors, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction.

**Key Requirements**
- To understand the strategic direction of the brand in the region, as well as the center, and how achieving top line revenue targets and managing expenses contributes to this.
- To understand the landscape of education in the UAE, and the role we and our target market plays in this.
- To participate in local marketing events, foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations.
- Be able to academically assess students, interpret results, and clearly explaining the assessment outcomes to families.
- To work with families and staff to create and monitor learning plans, according to student’s current working level and desired academic outcome.
- To finalize the enrollment of students and the sale of study plans.
- To recruit, select, train and develop highly engaged teaching staff, building a high-performing team focused on quality education and service.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in education management with a background in the education sector.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in sales, with with a strong focus on customer service and building relationships.
- Experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business reports and statistics, to write reports and business correspondence.

**Remuneration and Contract Details**
- AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
- Working Days: Sundays - Thursdays / 10am - 7pm
- Visa and insurance provided
- **Starting Date: 1st May 2024**

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
