**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field (preferably with experience in office management, document control, stock inventory systems, and asset management tools).
- Proven experience in **inventory management** and **asset tracking**.
- Strong **proactive communication skills** and the ability to provide information, reports, and asset lists to contractors and clients in a timely manner.
- **Training** in asset management tracking tools (preferably those provided by the client).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain **inventory systems**, ensuring accurate tracking of all assets and materials.
- Provide **regular updates** and **reports** on asset status, inventory levels, and movement to the contractor's team and clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of all assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Utilize and maintain asset management tracking tools as provided by the client, ensuring accuracy in all data.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory-related information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure the proper management and reporting of assets and inventory.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
