**HR and Admin Specialist (Chinese Speaking)**
We are seeking a talented HR and Admin Specialist who is fluent in Chinese to join our team.
**Job Location**:
- _**Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE**_
**Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address grievances and concerns.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
4. Admin Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to employee contracts, visas, and other legal requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English languages, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
