**Tingis Web** is a leading software development and digital marketing company with offices in Tangier and Amsterdam. We are excited to expand our operations to **Dubai** and are seeking a dynamic **Sales Manager** to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
As the Sales Manager for our Dubai office, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with the Sales Director and other team members to identify market opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Your role will require strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.

**AS A SALES MANAGER YOU’LL**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Prepare and organize at Gitex Global in Dubai.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Director and senior management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software development or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and business landscape.
- Proficiency in English is a prerequisite for the role, with a minimum level of B2 proficiency required, while C1 or C2 proficiency is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
