As an ESG Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading their ESG consulting practice, driving sustainable and responsible business practices, and shaping the future of ESG strategy for their clients. Leveraging your extensive ESG expertise and strategic mindset, you will contribute to our client's position as a leader in the ESG consulting space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee ESG consulting engagements for our top-tier clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to integrate ESG principles into their business practices.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the ESG ecosystem, including investors, regulators, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of cutting-edge ESG methodologies, frameworks, and industry insights, positioning our client's firm as a leader in the ESG consulting space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies, incorporating stakeholder engagement, risk management, and impact assessment.
- Advise clients on ESG-related investment strategies, including sustainable finance, impact investing, and ESG integration into investment decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of global ESG trends, emerging standards, regulatory developments, and reporting frameworks, leveraging this knowledge to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying new ESG consulting opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering compelling proposals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality ESG consulting services.
- MBA/ Masters/ PhD from a renowned global university
- 15+ years of proven top performance in a consulting firm covering the ESG sector
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Commitment to high standards and core values
