We are seeking an skilled Solar Sales Expert to join our growing team. As a Solar Sales Expert, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the solar industry and your proven sales skills to generate leads, present our products and services, and close deals. Your goal is to help customers understand the benefits of solar energy and how it can meet their energy needs while saving them money.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-installation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in solar sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
