**JOB TITLE **:Sales Executive
**DEPARTMENT** : WATER PUMPS
**LOCATION**: Sharjah, UAE

**A. Purpose and Scope**

To visit clients and customers and follow-up of enquires and generate new business for water pumps, water tanks & solar water heater

**B. Responsibilities and Duties**
- Identify and research potential customers and target markets across UAE
- Generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as prospective customers.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the products.
- Demonstrate the value proposition of the product and how it meets the client’s requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Address any objections or concerns raised by clients and provide clarification or additional information as needed.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and their respective stages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to Business Unit Head.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to take strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and consultative selling skills through training and self-development.
- Act as a good ambassador for the company, projecting a positive image externally.
- Achieve set sales objectives and targets for the waste management equipment business in the allotted territory.
- Handle tendering of new projects, meticulously studying terms & conditions, and recommending changes/amendments when necessary.
- Conduct pre-sales activities to gain an understanding of the customer’s needs and prepare for meetings.
- Gather appropriate marketing materials and pricing plans, identifying customer needs and interests to determine the best sales strategy and potential objectives to address during the sales meeting.
- Demonstrate to customers how the organization’s services align with their needs, effectively communicating pricing and competition details.

**General**
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of PowerGas Function, so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost effective service to customers.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across PowerGas Function to guarantee employee safety, health, legislative compliance, delivery of high
- quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**C. Organisational Relationships**

Reports to : Sales Manager

Direct reports : None

Location: Sharjah, U.A.E

Travel : Frequent travel within UAE

**D. Job Specifications**

1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience

a) Academic Qualification and Professional Qualification

Any graduate from an accredited university or college.

b) Experience (minimum preferred)
- Total 2 + years of experience in Handling villa projects, mid and high rise building projects in the UAE

**E.** **Technical Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of Water Pumps, GRP Water Tanks, PVC/Fiber Glass Water tanks & Solar Water heaters
- Excellent data interpretation skills and good understanding of financial reporting.
- Familiarity with the UAE business landscape
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies for equipment trading.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications of Water Pumps & Water Tanks.
- Competency in preparing and delivering complex sales proposals.

**F. Key Competencies**
- Familiarity with the UAE’s business landscape and culture is desirable.
- Knowledge of water pumps, water tanks, solar water heaters & waste management equipment in UAE
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies for equipment trading.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications of waste management machines.
- Competency in preparing and delivering complex sales proposals.

**Salary**: AED5.00 per day
