¨ Personal organization and that of the work area is maintained to assist work flow

¨ Products and services are explained to the customer at all appropriate times

¨ Prompt responses are given to the service needs of customers

¨ Service reliability is improved through obtaining customer feedback and working with colleagues

¨ A positive personal image is presented to the customer at all times

¨ The needs of the customer are kept in balance with those of the organisation

¨ Feelings expressed by the customer are responded to appropriately

¨ Methods of communication are adapted to meet the needs of the customer

¨ All visitors are greeted and offered assistance in an appropriate manner

¨ Service is maintained when systems go wrong

¨ Floors, carpets, tiles and corridors are cleaned to the required standard

¨ Surfaces, furniture, fixtures and fittings are cleaned to the required standard

¨ Toilets and bathrooms areas are cleaned to the required standard

¨ Customer supplies and accessories are replenished as required

¨ Waste and rubbish are prepared and disposed of appropriately

¨ Beds are stripped and made to the required standard

¨ Floor coverings and other items are deep cleaned as per instructions

¨ Customers personal property is dealt with in line with organizational procedures

¨ Maintenance requirements are reported to the appropriate people

¨ The required number of rooms are serviced efficiently

¨ Linen is received, checked and discrepancies identified and reported

¨ The correct type and quantity of linen, bed coverings and housekeeping supplies are issued to appropriate people

¨ Clean linen, housekeeping supplies and bed coverings are collected and transported as per requirements for the day

¨ Trolleys are maintained in an organized and efficient manner

¨ Sub-standard linen is identified and returned to the laundry room as per hotel standards

¨ Soiled linen is returned to the laundry room

¨ Soiled linen is counted, sorted and bagged up in time for collection

¨ Linen received, issued and returned is documented accurately

¨ Equipment is supplied to guest bedrooms in a timely fashion in accordance with office instructions

¨ Effective working relationships are created and maintained with colleagues and managers

¨ New colleagues are assisted in becoming familiar with the workplace

¨ Colleagues are supported in the performance of their work

¨ Self development needs are identified and agreed within a Personal Development Plan arising from a 6-monthly appraisal

¨ Personal Development Plans are reviewed through regular Job Chats and future appraisals

¨ Commitment is displayed to training through attendance as required

¨ An up to date Personal Log Book is maintained to record all training given

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/high school certificate

2. 3+ Years of experience in similar role with a hotel or holiday homes

3. Good English communication skills

4. Age must be below 40 years
