We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic **Native EFL Teacher** with a back
- ground in hospitality and tourism to be part of our teaching team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Classroom management
Act as the program /module leader, taking responsibility for allocated program’s /modules and coordinating activities, resources and assessments.
Develop teaching strategies, materials and assessments which are inclusive, engaging and appropriate to the student’s needs.
Contribute to quality teaching and related activities across a range of existing and new program particularly in the areas of hospitality, tourism, and events management.
Act as the personal tutor and academic supervisor to a group of allocated students, pro-actively engaging with all student’s ensuring feedback is provided in a timely and appropriate manner.
Assess student performance through observation and interaction, along with projects and written examinations.
Maintain a positive, focused learning environment during class.

**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years experience teaching Hospitality and Tourism.
