**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of samples to determine their chemical composition.
- Perform experiments and tests following established procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all experiments and tests conducted.
- Assist in the development of new testing methods and procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with senior chemists and other team members on various projects.
- Prepare technical reports and summaries of findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting (internships or co-op experience can be considered).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Knowledge of standard laboratory safety protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
