**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation and development of new paint products.
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to ensure product quality and performance.
- Analyze raw materials and finished products for compliance with industry standards.
- Support senior chemists in troubleshooting and optimizing paint formulations.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and results.
- Prepare samples and assist in the testing of paint products.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the lab.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technological advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the paint or coatings industry.
- Basic knowledge of paint chemistry, formulation, and testing methods.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
