**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced guidance counsellor with a passion for helping students progress successfully during school, and when they leave. They should have experience of working in an international context, with a varied cohort of students who are keen to be successful in an increasingly global society. They should be vision focused with a drive to create a full, exciting, and innovative programme across the Secondary School in line with our ethos and vision.

**REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Native-level English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a University and Careers Counsellor in the UK or a reputable school overseas
- Appropriate university or careers guidance qualification
- Familiarity with the admission process in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and Australia
