Software Sales Executive

**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target ideal clients across industries and markets.
- Prospect for and qualify leads through research, networking, and various lead generation techniques.
- Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to recommend and position software solutions that deliver value.
- Craft compelling product presentations and demos that showcase features, benefits, and capabilities.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare customized proposals highlighting the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts, providing regular updates to sales leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, technical teams, and management to drive successful sales outcomes.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success as a Software Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, technology products, and the software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey software value to clients.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving results.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals.
- The ability to work independently while managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and objections.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with the software industry, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages a plus (Arabic preferred).
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid UAE driving license.
