- nsure that the requirements of Hill’s Contract with the Employer and the other Contracts within Hill’s scope are implemented and maintained throughout the contract period. A
- ssist as necessary with the management of procurement. C
- ontract administration of pre-contract and post-contract activities interacts with Clients and Service Providers throughout the Contract period. C
- reate and manage an approved suppliers list whenever needed. D
- evelop in conjunction with the team SLAs/KPIs for the service providers. R
- eview all contract documents to ensure congruity and minimize patent and latent ambiguities. P
- articipates in corporate strategic planning activities such as risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, participation in business plan development, etc. R
- eview and advise on design submissions and cost plans submitted by consultants, including Pre Tender Estimates. F
- acilitates the contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with before final payment to the contractor. E
- nsures that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained. E
- nsures all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc., are in place, maintained, and updated according to the Contract and comply with the Client's requirements. P
- repare for review Recommendations for the Release of Retention and Bonds. P
- repare monthly Cost Reports and contribute as necessary to risk and other reporting. A
- ssist, review, and approve the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports. R
- esponsible for preparing and maintaining Engineer’s Instructions, Variation Orders and Claim Logs. A
- ttends Commercial Meetings and records minutes of meetings. P
- repare procurement strategy documents. P
- repare and manage the procurement schedule. M
- anage and advise on procurement as necessary, including reviewing documents for issuing to bidders and preparing Tender Reports and other documents to assess tenders. I
- nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

- egree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university. M
- inimum 20 years of experience in commercial management of large projects. R
- elevant experience on FM O&M projects is required. S
- imilar technical qualifications and similar substantial work experience will also be considered. D
- emonstrated ability to be flexible in work performance. A
- bility to work independently with mínimal supervision. S
- trong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment. C
- xcellent command of written and spoken English. A
- ble to work under pressure and tight deadlines. E
- xcellent communication and organization skills. T
