**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**: Collaborate with designers and buyers to understand design concepts and translate them into feasible production plans. Work closely with design and development teams to develop prototypes and samples.
- **Sourcing and Procurement**: Identify reliable suppliers for raw materials, trims, and accessories required for garment production. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely procurement of materials.
- **Costing and Budgeting**: Prepare cost sheets and calculate the cost of materials, labor, and overheads involved in garment production. Analyze costs to determine pricing strategies that align with budgetary constraints and profitability targets.
- **Production Planning and Coordination**: Develop production schedules and timelines in collaboration with production managers and supervisors. Monitor production progress, address any issues or delays, and ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery deadlines.
