The Junior Consultant will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the NetSuite ERP system, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Work with the manager to configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes and accounting practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, user guides, and training materials.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Participate in testing new features, updates, and integrations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance; familiarity with NetSuite ERP is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- NetSuite certification is a plus.
