We are seeking for a junior accountant to join our UAE-based tax consulting business. The junior accountant will be essential in aiding the accounting team with various financial activities and ensuring the correctness and compliance of financial records. Location: - Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable and payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the senior accountants in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to compile and analyse financial information for management reporting purposes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure all supporting documentation is properly filed and archived.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and reconcile client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection processes.
- Stay updated with UAE tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance, and advising the team on any changes that may impact the company and its clients.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Malayalam is required
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a tax consultancy or auditing firm.
- Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and accounting principles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
