**Location**: Dubai
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Emirati national to join our team as a PRO and Secretary. This role combines public relations responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Public Relations Officer (PRO)**:
- Handle all government relations and liaise with relevant authorities, including but not limited to immigration, labor, and licensing departments.
- Process visas, residency permits, and other governmental documentation for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to employment and business operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in local regulations and policies.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the company and government agencies.
- Represent the company at official events and meetings as required.
**Secretary**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy access to documents.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring all logístical arrangements are handled.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Emirati national with a valid UAE residency and work permit.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
