We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s ongoing operations and procedures, driving extensive and sustainable growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all our business units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and its various divisions.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Write and submit reports to the Chairman in all matters of importance.
- Assist Chairman in fundraising ventures.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as COO or in a similar executive role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- MSc/MBA in Business Administration or relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- COO: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (preferred)
