Nettoyer les équipements du centre de remise en forme, retirer les serviettes sales et jeter les déchets. Veiller à la disponibilité en quantité suffisante d'eau et de gobelets dans les espaces de loisir. Nettoyer les vestiaires et les douches des espaces de remise en forme et de loisirs. Récupérer, plier et ranger les serviettes selon les procédures de la compagnie. Distribuer des serviettes et les clés des vestiaires aux clients. Procéder à l'inventaire des fournitures, matériaux et équipements et prévenir un responsable/superviseur si un réapprovisionnement est nécessaire. Informer les clients sur les installations et activités de loisirs disponibles. Promouvoir une ambiance agréable et propice à la détente des clients. Rappeler les règles régissant les installations de loisirs, garantissant la sécurité et le bien-être des clients et des membres du personnel. Prendre en charge, le cas échéant, les clients blessés jusqu'à l'arrivée des secours. Rappeler les règles régissant les installations de loisirs. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Se déplacer sur des surfaces en pente, inégales ou des marches glissantes. Accueillir et reconnaître tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise. Parler aux autres en utilisant un langage clair, approprié et professionnel et répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée.
