**How will you make an impact?**

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will build a regional 3 year plan with a full P&L vision to leverage sales and marketing of our fragrance business in the UAE, to achieve the yearly budget through implementation of the commercial strategy. You will collaborate closely with all Cartier teams in the region and HQ to develop Cartier Perfume sales in the retail network and work closely with the boutique teams. In this role you will monitor and manage your budget allocated for sales and marketing activities for the UAE, negoiate commercial conditions with each partner, control the distribution quality (POS opening and location validation) and monitor distributors performance.

**How will you experience success with us?**

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English** **with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic is a plus but not essential. You are commercially minded with strong business analysis skills to report and understand data & business performance. You have 5+ years previous experience in the fragrance or beauty industry with team management and leadership skills.
