**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools.

Solid understanding of software testing and validation processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a bonus.
