**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Establish and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA solutions, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends, continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize RPA processes.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Proven experience in leading RPA projects and managing a team of developers.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of programming languages like C#,.NET, Java, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- RPA certification from recognized platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional).
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA solutions.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
