**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Dictation on a regular basis
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make visa, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Keeping and organize records of corporate documents, records and reports
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Can work under pressure and overtime if required.
- Provide general administrative support.

**Requirements and skills**
- Fast typist with minimum of 60WPM
- Work experience as a Secretary, PA or any similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Pro active and hard worker
- Can work overtime and flexible
- Bachelor or High School degree
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
