The student body has over 80 different nationalities and this diversity is fundamental to the community nature of the school. **The Role**:
The Secondary PA responsibilities are to act as a first point of contact for the Secondary office and manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments and assist in the regular admin duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Headteacher and SLT calendars by making appointments and organising various meetings as requested
- Coordinate in the clerical, record keeping, secretarial and administrative support tasks for the Headteacher’s office
- Responsible for all the Headteacher’s correspondence
- Record and maintain confidential filing system for teacher lesson observation records
- Support with scheduling interviews and assessments
- Attend meetings, manage, and maintain relevant documentation
- Liaise and participate in meetings, minute, and circulate the minutes and reports for all meetings
- Responsible for the correct use of overseas telephone calls
- Provide cover for administrative colleagues when required

The successful applicant will be required to have the following:

- Minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience, preferably including experience in a school
- Highly organised
- Written and verbal communication
- Administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Time Management and multi-tasking
- Possess integrity and maintain confidentiality
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office
