**UC RUSAL **is a leading company in the global aluminium industry, producing metal with a low carbon footprint. 90% of the Company's aluminium is produced from renewable electricity. We are looking for a **Market Intelligence Team Leader, World Ex-China**, to join one of the best commercial teams in base metals. This role is a part of the Sales Directorate and requires a 5+ years of experience in a relevant function. The Team plays a critical role in supporting our business strategies ex-China by generating valuable insights through effective methodologies and tools. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Enhancing market intelligence methodologies and tools to stay ahead of industry trends
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and potential risks
- Conducting research on market trends, drivers, market segments, customer segments, and competition to generate meaningful business insights
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and regularly assess performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Allocate resources effectively, manage workloads, and ensure timely project delivery

**Required Skills, Experience, Profile**:

- A thorough understanding of one of the following industries: primary and recycled aluminium, aluminium downstream industry, other base metals markets
- Knowledge about commodity market pricing
- Previous experience at a global industrial company with responsibility for a global market analytical coverage is preferable
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with the ability to work diligently at a detailed level
- Exceptional holistic thinking, enabling you to extract market dynamics from various dimensions and draw strategic recommendations
- Ability to communicate findings in an effective and visually appealing manner (charts, visuals, reports, presentations)
- Excellent presentation, moderation, and communication skills to convey complex ideas and insights
- Mastery of MS Excel for data gathering and processing as well as work-flow automation. SQL, Access, MS BI are an advantage
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), Russian is a big advantage
