**Marketing Team Leader**
- **About us**_

Our diverse team consists of 20+ professionals - engineers, artists, animators, event and business managers. And now we are looking for a proficient **Marketing Team Leader** to manage all marketing activities in Cyberdrone and supervise our team achieving the marketing goals of the company.
- **Key responsibilities**_
- Lead and work with the team, including content manager, SEO specialists, marketing manager and copywriter, website designer.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop corporate value.
- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy.
- Analyze an overall attraction performance in regard to marketing, media plan & PR.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends regarding new drone show design, tactics, tools, and competitor ideas.
- **Qualifications**_
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in the marketing field, preferably in the event industry.
- 5+ years of experience in global marketing, including a role in brand management or related field.
- Deep understanding and expertise in digital marketing.
- Fluent **English, preferably native**. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strategic thinking with efficiency in developing marketing programs and measuring impact.
- Leadership qualities to motivate and drive peer teams and their direct reports.
- Experience working with influencers.
- Strong sense of social media landscape.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Conditions**_
- Relocation to Dubai.
- Full-time office work.
- House rent compensation.
- Paid sick leaves and vacations (24 working days).
- Official registration and UAE visa.

**Salary**: Up to AED36,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
