Description:

- Manage Drivers Trips on a daily day operation
- Manage administrative activities, such as organizing Inventories and meetings scheduling

with the drivers
- Manage other administrative functions, such as scheduling travel, arranging appointments,

and handling mail
- Complete various administrative tasks, such as report writing, filing, compiling data, and

maintaining records
- Maintain records, such as correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports
- Develop and implement, procedures, and policies
- Assisting and coordinating with the Customer Service team.
- Assisting the Front Office team.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
