IT Executive

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will upgrade and install hardware and software, troubleshoot to resolve IT issues, and maintain our networks and servers. To ensure success as an IT administrator, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV, Access control, PBX and Bio metric Devices
- Design and deploy networks and ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers and networks
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Plan and schedule backup measures and recovery solution software
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support and information security across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Handling Mobiles and tele-communication for the company
- Test new technology and keep an update with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Documentation of all IT related inventories, configurations and network topology
- Give SAP Training and Support for staff members.
- Generate reports as per manager’s request
- Website maintenance and update

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or a Cisco certification or Diploma Certification in related the field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
