My client is a Leading Building Contractor with a track record of successfully delivering projects throughout a variety of sectors such as Leisure, Entertainment, Residential and Hospitality. They are currently looking for a Facades Construction Manager to join their team in Dubai, you must have solid experience working for a reputable contractor in the region.

**Description**:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the design, construction and installation of the Facades package on a prestigious building project.

**Duties**:

- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Lead Contractor’s on site execution team.
- Lead and manage all sub-contractor’s work.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
- Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project.
- Procure supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site.
- Liaise with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum 10 years construction experience with at least 2 years in the UAE working for a Tier 1 Building Contractor or reputable Facades Sub Contractor.**

**Strong English writing/communication skills preferred**.
