As the Cafe Manager at Kibun Cafe, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the cafe, from managing staff and inventory to maintaining high standards of customer service. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
- Create employee schedules, manage payroll, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and products.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to uphold food safety regulations and create a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- **Customer Service**:

- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, such as promotions, special events, and upselling techniques.
- Monitor and control costs while maintaining quality standards to ensure the financial success of the cafe.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, loyalty programs, and community outreach efforts.
- Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the cafe as a gathering place for residents and visitors alike.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
