**الأدوار والمسؤوليات الوظيفية**
- تقديم الخدمات الدعم اللازمة للأقسام وتأدية الواجبات الإدارية العامة لدعم سير العمل بسلاسة.
- التنسيق مع المبيعات لاستلام وثيقة التأمين، مع المفتش الحكومي لتسجيل المركبة وشراء علامة "صالح" وغيرها قبل تسليمها للعميل.
- مصالحة النفقات اليومية وأذونات الصرف والنقد حسب المواعيد المحددة بطريقة دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد كشوف المصاريف والغرامات المرورية وما إلى ذلك وتقديم طلبات التعويض عنها.
- مراقبة الغرامات على النظام وتتبع حالتها والتنسيق مع الموظفين المعنيين لتسوية الغرامات نفسها.
- التنسيق مع اللوجستيات والورشة لتحريك المركبات و PDI وإصدار أوامر الشراء لتركيب الملحقات وإعادة التجهيز والعمل الخارجي.
- ضمان تحديثات النظام المعمول به في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة دقيقة.
- الحفاظ على نظام التوثيق اللازم لتخزين واسترجاع الوثائق/المعلومات بفعالية ونظامية. الحفاظ على وتحديث كل السجلات والملفات وقاعدة البيانات اللازمة.
- إصدار أوامر شراء ومتابعة الدفعات في الوقت المناسب.
- شراء المواد الاستهلاكية للمعرض عن طريق اتباع جميع العمليات المتعلقة. تخطيط وتنظيم وتوزيع الأزياء الرسمية واللوازم المكتبية على الأدوار.
- إدارة النقد الصغير المطلوب لقسم المبيعات وضمان توافر النقد في جميع الأوقات.

- الثانوية العامة / المدرسة الثانوية / "O" المستوى

**سنوات الخبرة**

0-2 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة

**المعرفة والمهارات**:

- خدمة العملاء
- خبرة ذات صلة في المجال المطلوب.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات استخدام الحاسوب بشكل ماهر مع قدرات تنظيمية وتنسيقية ممتازة.
- الانتباه للتفاصيل والمهارة في ترتيب المهام حسب أهميتها.
