**Job Title**: Electrical Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA standards and local electrical codes.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Lead and motivate a team of 20 technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues in villas and buildings.
- Prepare and review project schedules and progress reports.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of materials and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar role.
- Valid Dubai driving license.
- Proficient in DEWA regulations and electrical systems for villas and buildings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
