Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision & Leadership**: Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- **Project Management**: Oversee electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks across various projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of work performed, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- **Planning & Scheduling**: Develop and manage work schedules and coordinate with other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during projects, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to safety guidelines.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress, and report to management as needed.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
