Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across various departments such as HR, finance, and supply chain.
- Implement effective business strategies and plans to promote company growth and profitability.
- Develop and enforce quality control standards to maintain excellence in all operational processes.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure cohesive operational activities.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Operations Officer or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of operational improvement.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical thinker with a strategic capability to oversee complex projects.
- In-depth understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
